Viewing this site, calling us, or receiving a guide or estimate creates no construction contract. Work begins only under a written agreement signed by both parties, which will state scope, price, payment schedule, and warranty terms. In the event of any conflict between this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

We work to keep licensing, permit and code information accurate and date-stamped, but rules change (Georgia adopted new code editions effective January 1, 2026, with further amendments proposed for 2027).
